This Privacy Policy explains how Anandam Managed Farmlands (“Anandam”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Anandam Valley, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit anandam.farm (the “Website”), respond to our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube or other platforms, submit a lead form, or contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Anandam is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

When you submit an Expression of Interest (EOI), request a site visit, fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us, we may collect:

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as bank account details, card numbers, Aadhaar or PAN through the Website or advertising forms. If you go on to purchase a plot, documents needed for the transaction are collected separately, through a documented process.

If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram (a Meta Lead Ad) or a Google lead form, the platform shares the details you entered with us, along with the name of the ad or campaign you responded to. Those platforms also handle your data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

3. Consent and legal basis

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form after reading the notice next to it. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 10). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may continue to keep certain records where the law requires us to.

Where you voluntarily contact us (for example, by messaging us on WhatsApp), we process your information for the purpose for which you contacted us, as permitted under the DPDP Act.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that tell a service when a page is viewed or an action is taken. The Website may use:

If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we will delete it unless the law requires us to retain it.

We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access restricted to people who need it, reputable service providers and anti-spam measures. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by the DPDP Act.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it begins accepting complaints under the DPDP Act.
